Intelligence
Nothing is
more attractive than intelligence. You can have all the muscles in the world
but if your brain is underdeveloped, you fail. Read if you must gain some
general knowledge, but a conversation consists of more than ‘yes’ and ‘no’.

Presence
The ability to
make people aware that you are in a room makes you a man of strong appeal. It
doesn’t mean you have to make an entrance with fanfare. It means you are
‘present’ in the moment. You are connected to your core. You are not distracted
by a TV and/or a device when someone talks to you. You pay attention to detail.

Confidence
Silent
confidence is totally irresistible. A man who looks for a woman to give him
confidence is a fail. A man who makes it a woman’s responsibility to make him
look good is a fail. A man who can accomplish this on his own is a winner.
Boasting and self-praise is a sign of no confidence. A man with true confidence

sleep on a man once he is out of bed. Shower. Shave. Have a proper haircut. Buy
some cologne. Wear deodorant – every day. Sort out your terrible breath.
Muscles are good, fitness counts, but a man who takes care of himself sends a
message to a woman that he will take care of her as well.

Sense
of Humour
A man who can
laugh heartily relaxes a woman. A man who can see the funny side of a situation
invokes a smile from a woman. A man who can laugh at himself is a total winner.

Affectionate
Holding hands.
Hugging. Stroking hair. Touching. Verbal praise. These are the things that make
a woman feel very good. If you want sex tonight, start last Monday morning with

underestimate women. We are the same. Some women have lower standards than others, but they will

mind and vice versa. Get up, shape up and MOVE! At the same time, Energizer
Bunnies are a mood killer. It is a sign of stress and insecurity. Go research
and do your homework.
10. Control
Alcoholics and
drug addicts are insecure and full of issues. Avoid. If a man needs to get
drunk, he has no interest in a woman in any event. Look the other way. You are
not going to cure him. He has to cure himself. Then you can re-assess. Drug
abuse is seriously unattractive. A man who can exercise control over substance,
can exercise control over his life. If he cannot, he cannot be attractive. A
man who lets his temper get out of control is a major fail. It is not
attractive at all. Temper tantrums do not suit men.
11. Manners and Decorum
Bad manners
equals bad guy. End of story. If a man doesn’t know how to behave, if he
doesn’t know how to properly use eating utensils, if he walks in front of a
woman, if he eats with an open mouth, if he sniffs and hawks up phlegm, if he
dismisses a woman, if he interrupts when a woman speaks, if he doesn’t show
respect to himself and to you and if he lacks basic culture and education, look
the other way. You don’t need him. Unattractive. Unappealing. Un-everything.
12. Generosity
A man who is
generous is gorgeous. A woman cannot help herself when a man stands with a
bunch of flowers in front of her. A woman loves a man that doesn’t check the
price tag when she says she likes something in a shop. A woman doesn’t want to
go to a restaurant if you are on a tight budget. Get the message? You give in
order to receive. If you are tight fisted, you are not attractive; in any way
whatsoever.
13. He is in touch with his feminine side
A man who
cannot appreciate beauty cannot be attractive. A man who is quite OK to live in
a pigsty is a fail. A man who doesn’t show any interest in surrounding himself
with beauty on any level is high on testosterone and needs some balance. Go to
a concert – not a rock concert, a proper concert. Go see a play. Get yourself
polished. You can be a diamond in the rough. You can be taught. There is hope
for you. And if you cringe when you hear the word ‘menstruation’, you can start
hiding your shaving accessories. Understand women and their bodies before you
start wanting what you cannot handle.
14. Fashion and Style
You can wear a
pair of overalls and you look steaming hot. You win. You can wear a tuxedo and
you look like you’ve crept out of the washing. You fail. Read magazines and see
what’s happening in the world around you. Replace those jolly joggers from the
80’s with a pair of proper up-to-date training shorts. Imagine your spine
reaching for the stars and refocus your posture. Sagging in a man is worse than
in a woman. Try the colours on the spectrum. Try those shoes that look so
uncomfortable. Feel yourself change in your mirror. You can be fashionable, and
you can start now. Women appreciate men who wear nice clothes a lot more than
you think. Just a little hint: jeans and white sneakers left the building along
with white socks and ankle pants.
15. Spirituality
You are an
atheist. It’s ok. You are a Buddhist. That’s also ok. Religion is not
spirituality. A man who has no inkling of spirituality is like a book with
blank pages. There is no story to tell. There is nothing fascinating, nothing
captivating and nothing enduring. Become spiritual. Appreciate nature.
Appreciate life. Understand the essence that makes you unique. Feel the
attraction between you and your partner and question it with spirituality as
your focus. Find that extra dimension and you will glitter like a polished
diamond. Of all the qualities in a man, spirituality is the most important. It
means that your life has meaning. It means that you are not just a single cell
organism, but you are as extraordinary as you were intended to be. Connect with
spirituality and you will conquer a lot more than just a woman’s heart.
